Beaker's Depot is the third sector of Hero Mode in Splatoon 2. The area can be accessed after defeating the second boss. The sector contains six stages and one boss fight. One Sardinium and one Sunken Scroll can also be found in this hub world.

There are six stages and one boss fight that can be found in Beaker's Depot.
Octoseeker Shakedown[]
The entrance to this stage is found after riding the small blocks up. Jump to the blocks moving side to side and use a bomb to destroy the Sprinklers. A clear path to the entrance will be revealed.
The Floating Garden[]
The entrance to this stage is found to your left. Jump through the grate in and the entrance can be found on the other side.
Octo-Resort Spring[]
The entrance to this stage is found to the right of the center area. Climb up the block, spin the fan, and continue to the next platform. Destroy the crate and ride the rails to the entrance.
Dancing Floors[]
The entrance to this stage is found to the right. Spin the fan and move the platform. Switch to the charger and hook onto the Grapplink. The entrance can be found around the corner.
Parking Garage[]
The entrance to this stage is found near the Stage 10 entrance. Use the charger to hook onto the Grapplink.
Octoling Assault[]
The entrance to this stage is found to the right of the center area. Climb the block, spin the fan, hop to the next platform. Throw a bomb at the platform soaked with purple ink. Destroy the Sprinkler and continue to the entrance.
Lips for Days[]
The entrance to this stage is found near the center area. Use the charger to reach a small platform and ride the rail to the boss entrance.
Sardinium[]
Near the start of the area, head right and utilize the fan to move the platform. Switch to the charger and grab onto the Grapplink. Head towards the Stage 13 entrance and a climbable wall can be found along the side of the scaffolding. Swim up and destroy the crate that's holding the Sardinium.
Sunken Scroll[]
Look for a green balloon floating below the Stage 10 entrance. Follow the balloon and destroy it when you have the opportunity. Destroy the following balloons that appear in the chain. In the middle of the chain, you'll come across a ride rail. Exit early and land onto the floating platform. The chain of balloons will lead you to an area behind the entrance to Stage 12 where you will be rewarded with the Sunken Scroll.
