Bowler is a light-skinned male Inkling with light purple eyes and tentacles in the "Topknot" hairstyle, though the color can change at will. He is named after the Z+F Flair Bowler, but also wears the Squidstar Waistcoat and the White Kicks. His main weapon is the Splat Brella.

Not much is known about his personality, due to being a side character. He looks up to Shellmet and thinks she's noble.
