Salmonids: According to the official artwork for the Splatpocalyspe, it is shown that Salmonids, specifically the Chum, was on Team Chaos.
DJ Octavio: DJ Octavio was a Team Chaos member. The question remains: how did he get out of his snow globe for the Final Fest?
Lil' Judd: Judges are not suppose to have preferences, but Lil' Judd did. It is shown in the official artwork that Lil' Judd is in DJ Octavio's hand.
Agent 4: It is unclear why Agent 4 joined Team Chaos.
Iso Padre: It is unknown why or how Iso Padre got off the train in the Deepsea Metro, and it's even more unknown why he wanted to join Team Chaos.
Callie: "I might be a popstar, but even I want to pop off now and then!" -Callie's reasoning for joining Team Chaos.
Spyke, Flow, & Annie. They did not have a reason to join.
