The Fog is an event that can happen in Salmon Run.

When the fog appears, your field of view is decreased, making it hard to see where Boss Salmonids are.
to make things harder the salmonids can spawn everywhere (form all sides)
Once per foggy shift (sometimes more), a Goldie will appear, leaving from 1-10 Golden Eggs if defeated. The Goldie will make a screeching sound when it drops 10 eggs, so listen for that sound.
The Fog can appear as an additional threat in every possible event (RARELY), tide and time of day.
Salmonids normally spawn only in the same general direction in which a Boss Salmonid appears. When the fog appears, this information is no longer true, so be sure you actually see the boss before sending a "This way!".
