Fred Crumbs is the shop keeper of Shrimp Kicks in Splatoon 3's Paid Expansion pass Wave 1: Inkopolis.

Fred Crumbs is a battered, crumbed and fried fish fillet with blue lips and beady eyes. He wears two white shoes (which appear to be a blue-and-white version of the Tenya OctoReds) and has a gold ring in his tail. He can also be seen carrying a lemon.
