Hachi, also known as Eight, is a member and the leader of Team Hachi.
Appearance[]
Hachi is a light-skinned male Octoling with magenta eyes and tentacles in the "Punk" hairstyle, though the color can change at will. During the Octo Expansion arc, he wears gear similar to what Agent 8 wears (with the Squidlife Headphones), but later changes to the Red Cuttlegear LS and the Suede Gray Lace-Ups. The Blaster is his main weapon.
Personality[]
Despite having amnesia through most of the Octo Expansion arc, Hachi is friendly and doesn't really mind Goggles' antics, though sometimes he takes him a little too literally. He is very loyal to his friends and teammates.

- Hachi (or Eight, in the VIZ translation) isn't his real name but the one Goggles gave him, however even after getting his memories back he wanted to keep it.
- After reaching the surface, he and Nana developed an interest in music bands.
- “Hachi” (はち) translates directly to “eight” in Japanese.
