The Milky Enperrials are shoes in Splatoon 2. It is available through a code from CoroCoro magazines, the code cannot be redeemed on US and European versions of the game and cannot be ordered through Murch, meaning that it is exclusively for only Japanese players. This item is based off of the character Emperor from the Splatoon manga

The Milky Enperrials are white, snug-fitting boots that reach the player's mid-calf. The straps are gold, are secured with a buckle in the back, and end in an arrow shape. The sole of the shoes are red.
