Mussleforge Fitness is a multiplayer stage in Splatoon 2.

Description[]

It is a sports club with wall climbing and a wide selection of sports equipment.

Layout[]

Musselforge Fitness features many high vantage points that look over low areas. It also has many steep ramps leading down to lower parts of the stage. The majority of the central area is comprised of a raised hill. This area is a large trapezoid prism with the slopes located on each side, which are the primary obstacle in the center of the stage as players above have a vantage point. To the sides of the central area are walls and corridors for tight quarters combat, as well as hallways between each team's side and the central structure. In the lower area to each team's left is a relatively open area with a sponge. Two grated bridges connect to a small part of each team's side, which allows access to the enemy's base.

Ranked Battle[]

  • Splat Zones - The splat zone is located on the hill in the middle of the stage.
  • Tower Control - The tower spawns at the top of the rock-climbing hill and moves down the ramps towards the spawn point. The first checkpoint is located at the bottom of the hill. The second checkpoint is located in the middle of a narrow alley. The third checkpoint is located between the alley and the spawn point on the same level as the alley.
  • Rainmaker - The rainmaker spawns at the top of the hill on the middle of the map. The goal for each team is located a layer below the enemy's spawn point.
  • Clam Blitz - The clam basket for each team is located on the lower area of each team's spawn area. It is raised a little higher than the middle area of the map, so the opposing team can throw their power clam into your basket after they cross the bridge close to the basket.

Hazards[]

  • Falling off the stage.
  • The left and right sides of the middle are at a much lower level than the top of the hill, so it is possible for enemies to use the high ground and splat players.

Trivia[]
