Squid Beatz and Squid Beatz 2 is a minigame in Splatoon and Splatoon 2, respectively. It is a rhythm game that requires the player to use buttons in match with the screen. In Splatoon, it is unlocked by completing the Inkling Squid Amiibo's "The Ravenous Octomaw!" boss challenge. In Splatoon 2, it is already in the game and can be found just outside the Shoal. The player can unlock more songs by completing challenges on amiibos, as well as completing the story mode.
