They are shoes made by Tentatek and sold at Crush Station for 2900 coins. The primary ability is Quick Respawn and it is a 2 star gear.

Tenya OctoReds are scarlet red shoes with a black strap across them. The shoes also have the Tentatek logo in gold on the tongue.
