“ | Musicology here, reporting on new battle tunes by Yoko & the Gold Bazookas. This brassy new band is a side project for Yoko, who’s known as the trumpet player in Ink Theory. We can confirm that when you get 7 musicians who all play horns in the studio, the result is SKA-MAZING! | ” |

Yoko & the Gold Bazookas are a band that appear in Splatoon 3
Members[]
Tao Blu[]
Tao Blue is (Presumably) a blue-ringed octopus, and they are the trombonist of the band. They wear a white long-sleeved dress shirt, black suspenders, and black slip-on dress shoes. Their skin tone is dark with shades of red, eyebrows round with an orange color, and eyes a bright purple with lilac colored irises.
Yoko[]
Yoko is an inkling with the ability to display multiple ink colors on her tentacles. She was formerly the frontwoman of Ink Theory, a band from Splatoon 2. According to the Splatoon Base on the Nintendo website, she used to focus on having "polished, virtuosic performances." She came to Inkopolis Square to "reinvent" herself, where she met her future bandmates. Everyone from the band quickly connected to each other.
Tosh[]
Tosh plays the baritone saxophone for the band. They have glasses, and they are one of the three characters present on the official album cover.
Martin[]
Not much is known about Martin, but they appear to be some kind of octopus. They hold a cane, and appear to be very classy, as they sport a lovely tuxedo.
Jessika[]
Jessika is (Presumably) an Inkling. They appear to have a very gothic style, with their black-and-red dress, along with their black tentacles and pale skin.
Oonie[]
Oonie, (Also known as Achin in the Japanese version of the game), is a sea urchin, and the former guitarist of Ink Theory. According to Haikara Walker, she grew up in a strict household, and her parents were famous musicians. Oonie always preferred bands such as Squid Squad (In the Ink Theory Valentine's Day artwork, there is a Squid Squad sticker on her guitar case), over the music her parents specialized in, but recently, she's grown an appreciation for classical music.
Kitamura[]
Kitamura is a sea urchin, and the former drummer of Ink Theory, and she acted as the band's mascot. She lives alone. She has a high-pitched voice, and she's often following new trends.
